The Diaconal Ministries Committee facilitates the work of the deacons of Classis Lake Erie by offering training and
coordinating relief efforts. |

| Leadership Development |
|
The Leadership Development Committee encourages growth for existing leaders and the emergence of newleaders.
Examples of some of their efforts include educational and spiritual retreats for church leaders twice a year
and scholarships for students preparing for ministry in the church. |
